Nove go here their billing practices are very bad they add services not rendered with vague if any descriptions to defraud the insurance company and the patients This of course is just my experience but it is and experience i will not forget this is what is wrong with our healtcare system today its set up for profit by fraud
This hospital uses the worst Credit Agency ever- Northeast Credit Services. The reps are rude and they do not follow the Credit and Collections Policy Act Laws. I had a medical bill from St. Joseph's hospital and due to being out of work and ill in the hospital St. Joseph's sent me to Northeast Credit Services for non payment within a time period of two months. I did not received any calls or letters from St. Joseh's first before then sent me to this agency. Then I received one call from the agency stating to call them back.... read more
