RecommendedMy son, who is 18 years old, had to go into the hospital for food poisoning. He had to go in the hospital alone due to COVID restrictions. He told us that everyone made him feel very comfortable and made sure he understood everything that was happening. As a parent, who was truthfully freaking out, I take comfort in knowing that he was very well taken care of.

Horrible experience. The nurses were horrible and rude, the floor charge nurse even worse. Every time I wanted to get in communication with a higher up they refused and hung up

The staff is great! They are caring and knowledgeable. The gift shop has great items in it. The food is terrific!!
In the midst of everything going on ended up going to the emergency room for kidney stones. The nurses, doctor, staff were incredible. Highly impressed with how friendly the staff was despite of the social distancing. Super clean. Highly recommend it.
I've been a patient at St Joes North on several occasions with with excellent care by a professional group of medical workers with the bay care group.

Professional well equiped staff from the moment you walk in the door. From the COVID-19 Screening RN outside the building through the two armed security officers, next through registration/triage, PAs and doctors, lab technicians and MRI tech. I was seen for abdominal pain and was quickly diagnosed and treated for my issue. The staff was professional, caring and right on the mark at every level. many thanks to your entire staff. St. Joes is my familys #1 choice for any medical emergency
