I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to the hospital. The nurse I interacted with, Samantha Scafe, came across as rude and unprofessional. Her bedside manner felt cold and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Patients deserve to feel respected and cared for, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope the hospital looks into improving how staff communicate with patients in the future.
