My experience with St. Joe's hospital has been terrible. I went in for a hip replacement June 23rd. My incision has been bleeding ever since. I have been taken to hospital twice to find out. I have an infection in the wound as well as a small fracture in my groin. I've only had a nurse twice. Change my bandages the bandages that they had laid on me after surgery. I brought my mom here for her mammogram scanning and then a biopsy. They have the worst front office staff. Very rude and disorganized. The way they speak to people is disgusting to watch. They tried to be rude to my mom and I got up and corrected their behaviour and still the eye rolling and tone, they should not be in a position to handle patients, esp in such a vulnerable environment. The hospital was booked my appointment memmogram two months ago for May 29 th, today I received an email stating that my 29 May appointment canceled and rescheduled fir 28thmay witout asking me whether this day will work for me or not. When I contacted to the receptionist I explained the situation .
