The hospital was booked my appointment memmogram two months ago for May 29 th, today I received an email stating that my 29 May appointment canceled and rescheduled fir 28thmay witout asking me whether this day will work for me or not. From start to finish as an in patient at orchard one acute care, I was treated with respect and the dignity that all patients that seek mental fitness. The food was cheerfully served cafeteria style with all dietary considerations met. The food was comforting and well made. Even the lasagna was al dente. The fitness center was easily accessed by very skilled and individualized programming. I rediscovered a joy of basketball hoops, and even got several in a row. The receptionist at the breast screening desk is extremely rude especially while talking phone calls. Sent my report half completed to my doctors over two weeks later myself or my doctor can’t get my full results or my next steps I definitely will not be returning here and would suggest others to avoid this office and go to another screening place.
