Terrible experience here. My heavily pregnant wife delivered food for them and they were extremely rude to her and didn’t tip her. She is very professional and respectful. I am very disappointed seeing people being rude and disrespectful especially to a heavily pregnant woman. Would put 0 stars if I could

Went downhill after medical records were hacked and St. Joe's took over. Office administrators seem like they have no idea what they are doing.

Long waitvtimedespite being in terrible u bearable organ, gut, spine agony w chills, sweats, severe weakness, winded, swollen up. Dr Ivers was rude, talked over me every time I tried to share or answer. He was condescending n took much effort to bash my various previous experts. He wanted to know why I went to different places, how much I spent. He said agony is part vodrey life, rashes is normal n that my diagnosis was depression n not the other biopsy n blood test proven issues. At the very end he said I show kidney isdues... read more

Been a patient here for over 10 years and generally have not had any issues. However, I recently had some blood work done that showed elevated values and have been struggling to get a hold of anyone to discuss what the next steps should be. Tried contacting my PCP, and I was scheduled a telemed conference...which got postponed. I had to fight to get an in person meeting to discuss this sooner. My husband has been a patient for over 10 years and has had “numerous” doctors. For some reason they all leave. His last doctor wasn’t even there a year. Stability with a doctor is very important and he is not getting it from this practice.
