My husband has been a patient for over 10 years and has had “numerous” doctors. For some reason they all leave. His last doctor wasn’t even there a year. Stability with a doctor is very important and he is not getting it from this practice.
I've been at this practice for many many years. I've had multiple Doctors. Most have been amazing with the exception of a few. The nurses are usually very friendly and nice, if a bit rushed. I currently see Jessica Palmero and my family absolutely loves her. She makes us comfortable and really sits and listens. I'm sure she's had her off days but usually she is wonderful.
I will never ever see Jessica Palmiero (PA).she treated me like trash now for the second time. Wouldn't listen to a word I had to say. Said I had 5 minutes she didn't have time to hear it. I talked to her about nodules found in my lungs . She gave me a mamagram referral. I will be suing when I have lung cancer. She treated me like I was trash .she is a horrible incompetent Dr and worse human being.no compassion, no caring , she prescribes me antidepressants as she tells me she can't be bothered to hear about my health issues... read more
I've been going to Cicero location for 3 years. I've had no issues when calling to make an appointment, After my appointment I schedule my next appointment. I have felt welcome by the staff, nurses, MA, doctors and now Jessica Palmiero (PA) since my doctor moved out of Onondaga county. Jess is a bright light in this world! I'm so grateful I chose to see her after my doctor moved out of the area.
