I have seen many emergency hospital rooms over the years. This has been the best emergency room experience I have an average had. From the doctor to the nurses and technicians. Also it has been very clean and not over crowded. I was very skeptical coming in. Shame on me!
I recently visited the emergency room at St. Joseph Hospital due to severe abdominal pain. The staff, faced with the daunting task of caring for many in distress, worked diligently to manage my discomfort. I was administered morphine as per the doctor’s orders, but, unfortunately, it did not alleviate my pain. After several attempts with morphine, I expressed my concern that it was ineffective. This has to be the worst place in Alberta. The first time I came here the wait was over 3 hours. Today, 5hours and counting. Lots of staff they just do a lot of chatting but nothing productive from what I can see. Steer clear away from this place.
