I cannot express how disappointed I am with this doctor’s office. The staff is absolutely terrible—rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. Trying to get something as simple as a prescription refill is like pulling teeth. They are either "too busy" to help or just outright ignore you. What’s worse, they have no problem hanging up the phone on you when you try to get answers.
