My dad began seeing Dr. Walters after his hospital visit for elevated diabetes and a bad infection. He is absolutely amazing! Very informative and patient with us when we call and ask questions. We are very satisfied with him as my dad’s primary care physician.
They used to be good, but everything has changed. The front desk service is horrible, and we have been mistreated many times. They lie about appointments, and even when you bring proof of your appointment, they act like they don’t know. Barbara, the manager of this facility, is the worst. She is supposed to help patients, but she does nothing. Patients go there because they need healthcare, not because they want to hang out, yet they treat us like we don’t exist. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this doctor’s office. The staff is absolutely terrible—rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. Trying to get something as simple as a prescription refill is like pulling teeth. They are either "too busy" to help or just outright ignore you. What’s worse, they have no problem hanging up the phone on you when you try to get answers.
