Avoid, avoid, avoid! They do not honor appointments as many others noted here. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID. Horrible, horrible front desk staff. I got there 4 minutes early, still within the grace period. Everyone was on the phone for five minutes, and then they told me I had to reschedule because I was 1 minute late. When I told them the visit was urgent, instead of bringing me to the doctor, they brought the "rudest supervisor", most deplorable professional I have ever seen to tell me that "that was it".
The girls are very nice in reception and my doc is great she takes her time never rushed all questions answered always calls herself with blood or test results. Parking here not so good but she's worth the hassle.
I started going here in 2024 since I came out the hospital they have been so nice and take really good care of me and my Doctor Walter is the best.
The worst place to make appointments where i wait hours to make just an appointment
My dad began seeing Dr. Walters after his hospital visit for elevated diabetes and a bad infection. He is absolutely amazing! Very informative and patient with us when we call and ask questions. We are very satisfied with him as my dad’s primary care physician.
