This office is the hardest office to get a hold of. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare. My toddler had an appointment for both a doctor and an audiologist, but the audiologist portion got cancelled. The doctor we saw was not warm, or friendly to the fact that his patient was a 2 year old. We waited a while to talk to someone to be able to reschedule. Front desk staff is friendly. I had an ear infection recently. Des went out of her way to help me. She is efficient and organized. Ten thumbs up for her. She cut through the red tape so I was able to see my doctor without further delay.
