It’s 2 stars compared to 4 stars at other hospitals with hundreds of reviews to back the service. You will receive third world country level of medical service at St Josephs. I could not believe how awful I was treated and the mismanagement.
Soooooo rude
Waited two hours for my child to be seen for an injured arm. He never even saw a doctor- just a PA and for like 10 minutes. We have health insurance and our portion of the bill was more than $1,100. What a joke! These people are straight up crooks! How can they claim a religious affiliation with such un-Christian, unethical billing? And of course, there’s no details in the bills. Stay away!!!
What an absolute joke! Making a 5 year old wait 4+ hours to be seen is disgusting. I just walked out when it got to 10 pm and we had still not seen a doctor/nurse. What may be acceptable for adults is not acceptable for children, they deserve a higher level of care and this hospital is obviously grossly understaffed and unable to provide that.
