Our recent ER visit with my daughter was made so much better thanks to our amazing nurse Katie who was also an IV specialist. She made the entire experience more comfortable, less stressful, and handled everything with such skill and compassion. As a parent, seeing someone care for a child with patience and expertise means everything. I truly hope BayCare continues to train all ED nurses to become IV specialists, especially when caring for pediatric patients. Wait time is an absolute joke, we left and went to another ER
GO to HCA or Advent Health if you have an emergency!!!!!!! DO NOT gamble with your life at St. Josephs. All of the reviews are TRUE. It’s 2 stars compared to 4 stars at other hospitals with hundreds of reviews to back the service. You will receive third world country level of medical service at St Josephs. I could not believe how awful I was treated and the mismanagement.
