Dr Montes and the rest of the Staff are Amazing
Doing this on behalf of a friend but their appointment has been canceled on them 3 times with no explanation at all and then when they call and say ‘hello’ they get immediately hung up on by staff, and in an attempt to call back no one answers. They’ve been waiting for months to get an appointment with only being met with rude and extremely unprofessional staff, saying that this is an OBGYN office they should be doing way better, shame on this office and shame on the staff!
My appointment with Dr Tucker was excellent. I received plenty of reminders prior to the appointment; Dr Tucker was prompt; and, staff was friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional (and that includes everyone from the office staff to Dr Tucker himself). The office area, waiting room, bathroom, and examination room were all clean. Dr Tucker is very attentive and extremely easy to talk to. In my opinion, Dr Tucker is the best gynecologist in Savannah.
Dr. Tucker and Dr. Montes are the best! Highly recommend this group and their office.
