Victor was super sweet and so was the beautiful woman that transported me to the hospital very polite and helpful I felt very comfortable in their care.
This is from Jennifer Hill regarding Truck #402, driver was John. The guys were very patient with her father and her. They were nice to wait for her while she went to get her dad something to eat. They were very professional and nice to her.
I called 911 for my mother when she fell. She had been treating for a wound at a local wound center (that's another story). I kept insisting that her leg was infected to Vince, the EMT and said the doctor amd home health said its not. Ever the professional, Vince says to me, when will you admit the doctors are right? Well Vince, I was right! 3 bacterial infections. I really hope you learn some professionalism and lose the ego. The other EMT on the call was great, kind, thoughtful and helpful.
Overheard by patient in back of ambulance "You call, we haul" This during a conversation between driver and dispatch. Dispatch snickered, both guys in ambulance snickered. The patient and I? Wasnt funny to us
My father-in-law has been laying at Belpre ER for ten hours wait for transport to Marietta memorial. CRAZY lack of patient care.
