Arrived at my scheduled appointment with voicemail and text confirmation only to be told that Dr Berger had left and was no longer employed. My file was being reviewed by another doctor...Asked since when, was told 1+ month. No phone call letting me know, no courtesy call to cancel appointment (received the confirmation the day prior and I confirmed). Waited 30 minutes for a doctor note for work whilst getting the run around from staff. Very unprofessional and not considerate.
