They don’t and won’t answer their phones, which wouldn’t be as much of a problem if they had a way for someone to leave a message. No voicemail. They don’t use text or email, so there’s no way of communicating. I couldn’t make my appointment and couldn’t even reschedule. I waited 3 months for this? Gonna try Beacon sleep. Maybe they have voicemail 😂

This place is ridiculous. No voicemail, no text, no email. I can’t even get ahold of them. 15 min wait and still no answer. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves. The employees as well
Have been trying to call them since 9 am this morning to try to reschedule my appointment tomorrow. Called twice in the morning, left a voice message with my details asking them to call me back. Called three more times through the afternoon, not once did anyone answer the phones, no calls back from my two voice messages. Pathetic.
