I went there thinking it will take a life time. It took 2 hours for everything. Nurse were professional and I had 2nd degree burn and they drain the blister and the nurse name Maddy was so nice. The best nurse ❤️. She put gauze on me and she was so patient with me. Give me instructions about everything and give me supplies as well. The best experience in this dire situation. Thank you.
3 hour wait, watched 3-4 changes of patients fill up the waiting room. Got a call to confirm I left what terrible service 🙄 of course I left, my time was not respected at all.
For a very crowded holiday I felt that it moved along reasonably well. Staff were attentive. Both registration and triage were quick but thorough. The resident, the emergency doctor and the on-call ophthalmologist word professional but still had senses of humor. It was a nice experience for urgent Care on a holiday Monday. It was my first visit ever there so overall I would say very successful
