My grandma went here for her mammogram after beating breast cancer and the staff was extremely rude and unkind to her. She was trying to explain her situation and why she needed a different kind of mammogram (bc of the breast cancer) and they came back to her and asked “why are you special”. My grandma was very upset as well as myself being upset. The ladies up front should really learn some customer service. Unacceptable. The
I have sat down 20 times to write this review over the last year. I just cannot find adequate words to express the gratitude I feel for Dr. Erin Fleener and The Cancer Clinic. When I was diagnosed with stomach cancer, I asked my gastrologist where he would send his family member for treatment, and he recommended the Cancer Clinic. After research and prayer, we reached out to set a time to meet with Dr. Fleener thinking it would probably take weeks to get an appointment. We were able to see her within days instead of weeks. Dr. Durham is very competent, and she's always kind, caring, and takes time with me. The rest of the staff is also very good and caring.
