I give 3 stars because they stock many of the items I need as a post Bariatric Surgery patient. However, last month they "forgot" to order a product that I needed. Staff promised to check on getting it in stock and call me to let me know what they were able to do. The following week I called to check on the progress and was told they had the note, but hadn't done it and the same promise was repeated.
