We usually have a positive experience here. The nurse and PA did everything appropriately for my husband and I appreciate this. There was a staff member who talked loudly and constantly for hours. I wish I had her name but I don’t. I told my husband’s nurse hoping she would say something but nothing changed. Is this life or death? No but it is not what patients want to listen to.
