I don't know who these ticked off people dealt with but the woman I spoke with was a true professional. I Injured my shoulder a couple of weeks prior to my call thinking it would just go away. NOT! I called from a list my Health INS. co. gave me and was met with the people you are describing. When I called SJMO Lovani answered, she was polite, professional, and concerned enough to call my DR. and get the approval I needed. She said she could get me in today and set the appointment. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional! I literally just had the worst experience ever, I would give this place zero stars if I could. Absolutely no care or concern for their patients. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. They come off as very lazy and uneducated, I’ll be scheduling my follow up x-ray somewhere else. Don’t waste your time!
