I would still be on a walker & pain meds if Waqar & Chuck had not been here. Waqar was my PT Specialist. He was really good about pushing just enough to get me progressing without hurting myself. Which is something I always do. He helped me learn how to walk down stairs with a walker on my own. He was kind & patient. Trinity Health at Home really made it possible for me to be able to remain mostly independent despite having a chronic condition. Karen S was my at home aide and she was the best. She made me feel comfortable and she is so friendly and kind. Without her help I am not sure if I would’ve been comfortable showering by myself so soon. I HIGHLY recommend her when u need some help at home!
