I always have to wait 20 mins or more for to be called back. They open at 8 I get here 15 mins early as they advise and still don't get called back until 820 at the earliest. If I have to have an afternoon appointment sometimes I'm waiting 40 mins to get called back. If you are 10 mins late they tell you the provider may refuse to see you. I just feel like they never value my time.
Truly a great experience. Good listeners and very kind/friendly. I didn't feel rushed at all. I can't recommend this place enough!
