Chanda was friendly, pleasant and professional as she took my info and Briana was the same as she took my blood work! Plus my hubby and I came at a perfect time 3ishpm. Would recommend!
This lab offers either Quest or Labcorp. I always choose Labcorp because of the problems I have had with Quest in any location. I feel this particular location offers the best and kindest experience of any I have had in the Baltimore area. Check-in on the screen is easy and I have never had to wait a long time. The staff have been consistently professional and kind when dealing with me, willing to answer my questions and confusions without the usual attitude other places give. Nobody checked my temperature or asked me any questions as I entered the building or entered the lab. Lab was very busy, at capacity, and understaffed with longish waits. I had to spend over an hour in the full waiting room due to the nature of my test (I could not leave and wait in the car) and I did not feel very safe with people around me sneezing (at least not coughing).
