Everyone from the time we walked in was attentive and friendly. Miss Irene at the admissions desk was very kind and helpful and the nurses were great. Got taken care of in a timely manner considering it is an emergency room. They are incredibly busy and they work very hard. Thank you to the RN Valencia who took extra care and made it bearable.
The Nurse named America is so Amazingggg I’m so grateful for her! I Came in today because I felt like I was about to die ! Been throwing up non stop since 6am til 3pm very weak couldn’t breath without throwing up besides the wait from them being so busy America saw that I was in so much pain and could barely sit still she came out of nowhere as if she stopped what she was doing to attend me she was the most nicest , caring nurse I’ve ever had and she took my pain away in 10 minutes that I’ve been having for 9 hours ! Keep in mind this is for the room that my wife was in and for the services not the employees. The doctors and nurses where awesome but , the room was super hot had to be moved to another one and that one was freezing but better than hot. And let's not forget about how loud the rooms where you can hear the people in the street talking cars passing just horrible. There's more you better get food early because cafeteria is only open 7 to 10 am and 11 to 2 pm after that I feel sorry for you. I feel bad for their employees if for... read more
