management is terrible can never get ahold of them, i have had a water leak that is their responsibility to repair for months that they have yet to repair, yet i am facing possible eviction for not complying with a list they gave me of stuff i have no hope of affording in the time given and much of what they are requesting is unreasonable!!! and should not be any of their buisness to begin with or are sudden issues in which have not been an issue in the many years ive lived there! hoping to resolve this all this with them bu... read more
Very respectful and helpful management. Park is very clean and welcoming. My family was helped and guided through the whole process and we would definitely rate the management and park more stars . We recommend this for anyone looking for a home to settle with family !
They place use to be a one star in my eyes.There use to have nothing but run down manufactured homes. They are slowly taking them out and replacing them with new ones
