The disease of alcoholism took ahold, I was lost. I wanted to suppress my feelings of helplessness, grief, and pain. Lucky for me, a friend suggested Saint Joseph institute as an option. There is no other place like it! Over 200 acres in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful walking trails including a beautiful chapel. U felt at peace the moment I got there. My counselor Lauren was incredible. Everyone I came across during my staff were friendly and helpful. No regrets I was there February 2024 and I’m still going strong!
My experience at sji was amazing! To me it was like going to college and learning how powerful alcohol is , bad medicine !!! Sji helped me see the light, and now I'm over 5years alcohol free. I loved the staff, the atmosphere, the chapel, and meeting new people. Keep Rocking st. Joe's. ❤️🎸☮️🙏
My time at St. Joes was nothing short of miraculous. I was broken, the guilt and shame has consumed me and my addiction left me feeling like I’d lost everything again. The staff at St. Joes literally nursed me back to health the first 2 days and then I was strong enough to go to group and take advantage of the many things St. Joes had to offer. Saint Joes helped me immensely improve my everyday life. They taught me the tools to be functional when I arrived feeling broken and helpless. I would 100% recommend going here if you’re ever feeling lost or out of control of your own life because they let you know you’re not alone.
