I have spent over 3.5 hours on the phone with scheduling and financial the last three business days. 80% of the time I was on hold being transfered until I would get transfered back to where I started. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced over the phone. Everybody's attempt at a solution was to transfer me to someone else or tell me someone would call me the next day (which the 3 that I was told to expect a call from I never called me).
