I sent an inquiry through the MyChart app about a week ago, and I still haven’t received any response. The communication and follow-up service are very poor, which causes frustration and delays for patients who need timely answers. I hope they improve their response time and patient support.
I visited St. Joseph’s for the first time on 8/12/25 to have my 3rd full joint replacement by my surgeon Jeffery Ackerman. Prior I had joint two replacements at Masonic. They are also excellent. St. Joseph’s seems less “rushed”for lack of a better term. I arrived 10 mins early 0520 versus 0530 when the surgery opens. The officer doing security, had excellent customer service skills, found me a place to sit and wait. True to his word he came back and took me to my appointment at 0530. Awesome.
