I made an appointment at St. Joseph’s specifically for an annual wellness exam, including a mammogram and Pap smear. I also mentioned that I had a small lump near my breast, which I assumed would be addressed as part of the routine exam. During the visit, the doctor asked me to undress, so I removed all my clothing, including my underwear, thinking a Pap smear would be performed. Tried to call for an appointment the person on the phone was very rude. Acts like a know it all and didnt even understand my insurance question. I called Oct 4th at 11:30am. Couldn't even have a conversation with out her jumping in front of my sentence.
