I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my wife experienced during her recent visit. She is five months pregnant and went in for an ultrasound, accompanied by our 6-year-old child, whom she had just picked up from school. Unfortunately, the office failed to inform us in advance that children were not allowed, which caused unnecessary stress for her. Even more concerning was the attitude of the staff. Nurse Amanda on the 4th floor where the mothers are recovering from childbirth treats patients very badly, she is not a qualified person to be with babies and women recently relieved from childbirth, she is terrible and does not help people

my daughter Alliyah gave birth to my grandson on Oct 13, 2017 . her nurse was Connie in labor and delivery. my daughter was given such good care from her nurse. when we asked question about her labor she explained everything to us. I think this hospital is excellent they really care for their patients here. thank you
These guys rescheduled my appointment for a day earlier , gave me one call, which i missed, and decided that was enough. So after a 40 min cab ride with a newborn they told me "sorry" and i headed home. This was a very disappointing experience. You're dealing with postpartum women and newborn babies, people, come on!
