I'm always treated with kindness and a high level of professionalism whenever I've come here. Everyone's great, from outside the building to the inside.
I get so sad to see the way we are treated. I must get infusions every six months and their receptionist at the front desk named Lupe is so rude and mean. I don’t have cancer but my heart goes to the cancer patients who already have it hard going through their illness and have to deal with rude people like her. This woman named Lupe was so rude to me but also to everyone that comes to her desk. Also every time I call she has an attitude. Beware!! I tried to tell the infusion center that I do not have prior approval for my next treatment but they said they called my Dr’s office and was told I am covered. Dr Mahmood’s office is wrong. My coverage is until Aug 18, 2022 and my treatment is August 19, 2022. Why do they not know I am not covered by insurance for my next treatment?
