Everyone is nice there. But expect receptionist JUANITA and the Supervisor kicked me and my son out. Supervisor tried to justify their reasons after I told her my son has autism. She said sorry I told her sorry don't give you a pass to be rude.
I honestly have no idea what the bad reviews are about because everyone I dealt with today was amazing. We were seen promptly and had a very thorough ultrasound and consultation. I have a lot of anxiety (I mean obviously, you don't go to a perinatologist if everything is perfect) and they were so patient and understanding. It took a long time to get an appointment which wasn't ideal but I don't think that's anyone's fault or anything that can be done about that. I'll just rate 1 star since I didn't actually get in to my appointment, because I was turned away for having my 3 year old with me. It would have been nice to been told that when I made the appointment a month ago, so thanks for the added stress today. I didn't see it listed anywhere "no kids allowed" btw. If you're a stay at home mom, please make arrangements for your kid instead of getting all the way to the 8th floor and getting turned away at the desk like me.
I was worried about going here for my 20-week ultrasound after reading the awful reviews here on google, but had not choice since this is where my insurance approved. My experience was completely fine and even... pleasant? I can't speak to the option of bringing your partner, since mine was home watching our toddler, but the wait time was maybe 15 or so minutes.
