Robin Ayer is professional, down to earth, empathetic, has a calm demeanor and is incredibly knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is such an asset to this OB GYN clinic. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking care.
I cannot thank them enough, I would list every single person we came across throughout my pregnancy but I don’t think it’s possible cause every single one of them went above and beyond for us! The midwives, doctors, nurses and office admins were truly remarkable. They made sure that my baby and I are well taken care of! If I were to get pregnant again in the future, not even a question I will have them here at St Joseph. Thank you so much everyone, I wish I can thank each one of you personally.
I've visited this office a couple of times (and their associates at other locations several times) and have had good experiences all around. My main complaint comes from the scheduling side of things—it wasn't the most straightforward or convenient. Most recently, I was seen by Dr. Mark Conway. He was very friendly, approachable, and thorough.
We were so blessed to have Olivia Garand by our side during my wife’s labor. From the very beginning, she explained every step clearly, which gave us so much comfort and confidence throughout the process. She took care of my wife with such patience and compassion—even helping her with something as personal as a shower—and always made sure we had everything we needed.
