Everyone was very attentive and kind.
Staff was Very helpful and professional..and helpful.
My significant other went in because he hurt his back and could hardly walk. The waiting room was empty when we got there… ended up waiting almost 3 hours in a room to see a nurse practitioner, not even a doctor. They asked his pain level which was a 9/10 when we arrived. I don’t know why they even bother asking that because they don’t care and have no sense of urgency. They didn’t give him a bed, only a chair which hurt his back more.
