The ER was rough night but once we got admitted we had great nurses! Courtney & Jacob were outstanding in their care, concern, professionalism, communication and keeping us up to date. They both were “Angels on Earth!” We felt so blessed to have them. I also want to recognize 2 food service employees, sadly I did not get their names. A woman (perhaps Ruby?) that brought food in and a funny, kind gentleman who picked the tray up later.They were both delightful and obviously loved their jobs. Check in was quick and polite and not a long wait to be seen
visits are always comfortable. they do not push for their options over yours. very friendly and polite. gives you the time you need for discussion. I had one dr. wanting to second guess my problem but finally made the right choice. there has been one double booking mistake and some confusion on both sides but was cleared quick and easy. I'm as new to them as they are to me and things seem to be going well so far.
Everyone was nice,answered my questions,got finished with x rays pretty quick.
