Absolutely the worst company to care for your loved one. There are more bad caregivers than good. I’ve been waiting 3 months for Cara the nurse manager to call me regarding the need for them to provide me with receipts showing they paid for my sister’s vent supplies through AeroCare. They keep saying they will call me, they never do. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!
First off the first nurse was short and nonpersonal with the patient, ppl drove thru my next door neighbor yard, new nurse recommends meds the patient can't take. And let her meds run out after being told several times she was low, would Not recommend.
