Always has over hour to hour and a half wait *doesn’t make appt for X-rays…pt flow is not efficient.. two people who came after us was seen before us… this is our 2nd time coming and waiting over an hour…this process has to change..
Professional and friendly staff. I needed two tests, which they helped to schedule back to back so I could do all in one trip. Very short wait. Plus parking is easier than other facilities.
It is impossible to talk to a live person. All the phone numbers are answered with the same message. when finally some one answers, you are transferred to a number who is never answered. TERRIBLE service.
You can’t make an appointment to have an x-ray and I was really concerned about the wait. I was happily surprised. The staff is so efficient there were four people ahead of me and my wait time was 10 minutes. Very friendly could not of asked for a better experience.
