Honestly not sure why I had the worse experience but I could not see my doctor for well over a year. Tried my best to continue my care here but could not.
Time for yearly mammogram. Received referral today during yearly physical. "Next appointment available July 30." Nothing available for 3.5 months!!! Receptionist had every excuse in the books. Inexcusable care! Hire another doctor and additional staff!! A lot can happen with a breast lump in 3.5 months!! Truly stunning. When did we become the efficiency of socialized medicine?!!
I’m writing this through tears of pure frustration. I’ve been in constant pain for days, desperately needing an MRI referral that was supposed to be handled by Providence. I first reached out on Friday, and it’s now Thursday with still no progress. They keep telling me the earliest they can process it is Tuesday—but can’t (or won’t) explain why this delay is happening. In the past four days alone, I’ve called my insurance (Blue Shield) multiple times and spoken to Providence as well, talking to six different people in total.... read more
I waited an entire hour for Dr. Jong Park to arrive, but no one came to offer any explanation. What a f waste of my time, Dr. Park.
