I've previously used the lab twice and I won't come back. Day of last visit: January 27, 2025. When I got home from the lab today I made a lab appointment for April at the Tower Exeter draw-site location. I used Tower's My Chart booking service to make that appointment. I regret leaving Tower for Penn state. Penn State should implement the My Chart service for its patients. It's so convenient.
Does not have an online portal for viewing bills. No patient portal for under 18 so no way to contact doctor. Sent a $12 bill to collections instead of contacting us. Called billing department and they can't even find a bill under the name ( though we are a patient). Specialists in Penn State Hershey cannot communicate AT ALL with Penn State St Joe's... such a pain!!! As painful as it is to say.. use Tower Health instead!

Went in for an appointment this morning and was asked to wear a mask. I said no thank you. I was refused service, even though I have had Covid. Last I checked a mask is considered a medical device and a personal choice. I asked the lady at the front desk to delete all records of me and will be following up with the management staff to ensure this was followed through with. My body my choice.
