To receive info a patient must take down the info over the phone (which can lead to errors), have it mailed (which creates time lags), or participate in my chart (which requires setting up a password and navigating a website to an account and within the account to the proper notification section). This situation is beyond frustrating! I haven't even had my procedure yet, and it's already been a nightmare! It's too much to explain in one review, but I'll summarize with what I wrote in my last email to the Procedure Scheduler, Stacie: "Given the numerous missed details and significant oversights of your team, I'm seriously questioning the safety of tomorrow's procedure." I haven't even gotten the opportunity to work with their doctors, but their management and reception staff is incredibly unprofessional. So far I've gotten hung up on, blamed for their miscommunications, and they're just rude.
Take the negative reviews seriously. I called 3 times over 2 weeks to get an appointment. At my third call they told me my referral was denied. They made no attempt to contact me. I got the sense that I was annoying them for even asking for an appointment!
I was referred to this office, by my pc. However, they have concluded that...they are not good enough GI drs & I should look for a GI dr., with a higher level of (care?) education? They as much as said that their GI doctors are not qualified & I need to find a GI dr., for "higher level of care," (schedulers words, not mine) So, even they don't think they are very good, apparently. Well, at least, they are honest.
