Short waiting time. Professional and caring staff. Dr was informative and caring.. Took ample time to explain my injury and what to expect from recovery time , medications and other information. He was most helpful and was right on all aspects . I appreciated his concern and caring attention. .
Very disappointed in doctor Catherine Locke. I went in with a textbook migraine with aura and she said she didn’t know what to give me so she gave me muscle relaxers. Really ? She could have helped me so much more with a migraine cocktail shot. Extremely disappointed.
I came in for a migraine, been suffering for a day and a half when I came in, couldn’t. Get in with my gp, there was a walk in appointment two hours later, which I’d sit through if it meant treatment. Apparently they can’t write scripts there? What the heck even is an urgent care for? I genuinely don’t understand. If something doesn’t have me in debilitating pain I don’t consider it an emergency and am not rich so I can’t just go to the ER Willy nilly.
