I had called 2/12 for back pain, never got a return call. They do not answer the phones nor do they return calls, here again I called Friday, because I can not get any prescriptions filled unless the doctor approves it, It's funny how they DO NOT WANT DUPLICATED MESSAGES, BUT THEY ALSO DONT CALL BACK. I had waited all day for them to return my call... I guess I'm gonna need to report this clinic to the board of health tomorrow,
Never answer the phone
I called to schedule an appointment when I first found out I was pregnant I did not know how to do anything due to the fact it was my first pregnancy I called for a prenatal visit they were very irresponsible did not really walk me through anything and never called me back to keep scheduling appointments which I didn’t know they had to till my sister in law had told me that when you are pregnant after you call for your first prenatal visit every time you leave they have to schedule a appointment every 4 weeks.
