I brought in a piece of equipment to be serviced, at which point I discussed purchase of ancillary parts with a rep on site. Upon returning to my business I realized we would not need one of the parts, and I called them and told them not to order it, which they assured me they wouldn't do. How will I begin. Came in on a 3-day open house. Wasn't even looked at or spoken to for almost 10 minutes. Was the only people there. Person who finally asked and finally brought us in the office and asked what we were interested in didn't seem to know anything and played on his computer for another 10 minutes. A young sale rep came in and took over and did a good job. However it's been 6 days and a complete frustrating roller coaster!
