Vary rude and seems to not care for the patients.
EMS transporter 'Marcie' is so rude and arrogant. I would never trust this woman to answer a 911 call the way she talks to people. She should be fired.
I have called for 3 weeks to get my billing information and no one has answered.
This EMS company is complete nonsense. I recently had a ride in an ambulance that was presented as critical (It wasn't). The total charge was $1300. My insurance company paid them $978, and because they don't contract with insurance companies, they are looking to me for the remaining $300 plus. If I were a cash payer, they would write off the balance down to $845. They have already received that but because I have insurance, they are charging me almost 50% more. They told me last night that they wasn't going to lift me up. They told me that they should take me to the hospital because they won't be running back and forth to help me.
