I am so disappointed with my experience here; this apartment is borderline uninhabitable. The space is incredibly cramped with almost no room to move, but the worst part is the pest infestation—I’ve had to deal with both cockroaches and spiders constantly. Not a nice apartment building, poor living conditions, trash isn't collected regular, broken doors and glass, anyone can walk in the side door that is always open, driveway is falling apart

building is infested with cockroaches. superintendents don't maintain the property or the building. they also refuse to provide adequate heat in the winter. they don't know how to have a respectful conversation with you and instead will just yell at you and gaslight you. the reviews left by Blythe and Rick are fake, they work for the property management company.

Building has a massive roach problem that the superintendents just try to sweep under the rug. Also the 5 star review left by Blythe Undreys is a conflict of interest as he is the building owner. Don't rent here, save yourself the hassle.
