Great location - bus accessible going to the mountain via jolley cut and going downtown Hamilton - a few minutes walk to St Joseph's Hospital and other medical lab offices - minutes away to Go Station - nearby trail - few blocks away from Queen Victoria Elem School So far, been happy renting on this place. Its quite and they tend to repair service whenever requested The building doesn't have elevator as it is only up to 4th floor

Mila and her husband are Husband are the Absolute Best, and the reason I am still leaving in the Apartment, dough the landlord needs to do some extra job in the apartment especially during the winter. The water and filtering system has to be looked into too. This is a trouble free Apartment. The Supretendents are nice.
I am so disappointed with my experience here; this apartment is borderline uninhabitable. The space is incredibly cramped with almost no room to move, but the worst part is the pest infestation—I’ve had to deal with both cockroaches and spiders constantly. To make matters worse, there is a persistent, revolting smell coming from the kitchen that simply won't go away.
