Look elsewhere if you want you're child taken care of. 10 minute policy is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of and doesn't help families.
This is such a great office for your children! We see Dr. Sarah Grycza and she is PHENOMENAL. I have 2 small kids and her and the assistant Nicole will ALWAYS help with one of the kids (soothing, entertaining and just loving on them) while we are busy with the other. I never dread going to this office with my hands full (literally). I never feel rushed, they take their time with my family and always make sure to fully explain everything and give me time to express concerns or questions.
