Staff was great, friendly & solved my remote starter!
I recently had the dreaded engine light come on and had to bring it into service. It was for the reluctant quality sensor, it's all new to me. They got me in to diagnose the problem determined it was a common warning and cleared everything. They inspected everything underneath no leaks then road tested it and all was good before returning it. The service writer was curtious and plesànt. I am very happy with the service I received and look forward to having my trucked serviced here. Great team of professionals happy to help.
In for recall work and check engine light. The "girls" at the service desk were friendly and helpful, waiting area was comfortable, truck was in and out quickly and I was on my way home. Great Experience.
I showed up on friday for the appointment. I was informed that the recepticle that was to be changed was not ordered, only the sd card. I had to come back on monday. When I did, the recepticle and card were installed in about an hour. I hate wasting gas like that, because there was a lack of proper communication with the parts dept.
