Notified that my car needed a replacement airbag. Had needed one since 2016. Call Zac and he found one! First person since 2016 to e able to do so! (I had been calling periodically since 2016) I made an appointment and airbag was finally replaced!
They were great at explaining why my key fob wouldn't connect anymore to my Saturn Aura, when a previous mechanic said he didn't know why. While it couldn't be fixed at least I know why now. They also fixed the reason my dash board alert lights kept coming on and off randomly and were able to order a part and fix my windshield sprayers that were mysteriously no longer working properly after I went to a previous mechanic. Service department did a super job putting running boards and mud guards on my new truck. Modifications were necessary and Mechanic was able to do necessary modifications for the installation. Could have easily told me I'd have to purchase new ones. So grateful. That's the kind of service that brings back customers!
Great experience! Called for service on new truck and they fit us right in immediately. Part needed to be ordered, so gave us a loaner to take all the way back to NY. When I followed up, they told me part might be in over the weekend. To my surprise, they called before the weekend and said everything was completed! Thanks everyone at St Jay GMC!
