My car has never been to the beach until I took it to this place. Brand new 2 week old car with sand in every crevice...(afraid to let my windows down with all the sand left behind) Dirty smeared smudges left behind after towel (sand) drying. Dallas is a joke! This place is the worst. The manager Dallas is a joke all they do is put water on the car and wipe it off using a microfiber towel, therefore leaving scratches!! He is rude and does not belong running a business because he does not know what he is doing. The owner sunny is also a joke and I hope he loses his ass off and shuts down soon!!!!!!

great car wash in a convient place I honestly think anyone who has time to sit back and bad mouth a company has no sense. This carwash is under new management so off course yu will find some flaws with everything being so new. I urge everyone to give prontowash a new try and experance what they really have to offer.
BE WARNED /BAD CUSTOMER SRVC This company claims to be under new management since May 1 and refused to honor a promotional Jacksonville.com daily deal that is still in effect. When I requested the service or my money back I was told that I was out of luck. The manager did not return my calls. I was given the run around. I had attempted several times over the course of a week to schedule an appt, with no return calls before I actually went there. These guys are great, you kidding! My whole family have been coming here for a few yrs, my kids love the golf cart rides, now I get coupons on my phone, these guys are great. I recommend this place to everyone.
You call that a car wash? This is the WORST car wash I have ever received... My car was not that dirty, and when they "finished" after 30 minutes, it looked exactly the same. I asked them why I did not see any water and they claimed they used some water and soap mix -- I will NEVER, EVER go to this place again. When I spoke the manager about how displeased I was with my car and how it looked exactly the same, he claimed they were busy and took his dirty rag and wiped one part of my car. Markus Manager jason was very rude, didnt know what he was talking about and appeared to very lazy and incompitant. Will not be returning to this place.
