They stripped my lugnuts and chipped my rim and told me to kick rocks. They said I did it but I only tightened them by hand and got the spacers and lugnuts yesterday. I got pictures of the metal shavings on my rims under the lugnuts.
Horrible service will never come here again, brought in a bmw to get new tires , it has brand new wheel spacers and lug nuts (less than 24hrs old) that were NOT damaged, they stripped 3 of them while taking them off with the impact then wanted to continue to say it was my friends fault not theirs and that he stripped the nuts when they were clearly all brand new. Manager came out and pretty much told us to kick rocks and he wasn’t going to do business.
