I brought my Ram Dually in for a routine oil change, transfer case oil change and replacement of the EGT sensor. I was shocked when I got the phone call from the shop telling me that when the technician tried to remove the sensor IAW(in accordance with) Mopar instructions: the sensor broke off and when the technician tried to drill out the door IAW Mopar directives the sensor had to be removed.
