I think it has potential to become a great place to work two of my boys have become very happy there. On the other hand I have another boy with welding certs that was actually going to Texas for the nationals and they pay him janitors pay , and the work harassment is way out of hand in certain departments and should in fact be stopped yet their not seeming to care. Having regrets of raising him to be loyal, very pissed Momma bear , yet very proud he’s stuck it out .
