Signed up to this dental practice a year ago I missed one appointment and cancelled another I phoned up yesterday because I have a tooth abscess and in a lot of pain and i have been told they have kicked me out of the practice because I phoned up late to cancel my last appointment even though I gave them a full day's notice ! Am sure we can all agree that we have busy lives and things pop up so they have basically turned away someone that is in need of help which is disgraceful ! Unprofessional and rude and plain argument I've and receptionist was horrible down the phone and calling me by first name when it's miss while being unprofessional towards me and belittling me
Been attending this practice for years, a good job done as always. Friendly reliable staff. Would highly recommend.
